I received my Versa 4 on 9/29/22 and set it up immediately. Once again my screen has gone black and unresponsive. The first three times the 10 second push to restart worked, this time it won't. I have tried multiple times today. Is there possibly something that I am doing wrong?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
