Versa 4 blank screen

Saturday evening around 8:36 I had to restart my Versa 4. After doing so I could not connect it to my phone. I’ve turned off Bluetooth, disconnected from phone, uninstalled the app and then started fresh. However, even though I cannot see anything on the face of the watch besides language options, occasionally it will show some steps when app is open. Nothing is registering like it should and it will no longer connect to Bluetooth. 
Please help! I have tried every option available and saw another thread with the same issues and a reply which I have already done all those steps and still nothing. 
Is this an issue with Fitbit and the Versa 4? This needs to be corrected asap.

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry about your Versa 4. Thanks for trying to fix this issue by your own. 

 Please try to sync the device in the Fitbit app:

  • From the Today tab in the app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  • Tap Versa 4.
  • Sync Now.

Now, restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device.  Restarting the device will not delete your data. 

If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, change your clock face. If you manage to solve the difficulty you can go back to the original clock face.

Thank you for the reply @ManuFitbit . 

When I open the App and click the device icon it says Sync your Device and next to that it says No Info. The last time it synced was 8/31 @8:53pm. On my Bluetooth it says my Versa 4 is connected.

I have restarted both my phone and my Versa 4 and I get the same results. I have to tap English then it brings me to the screen on the watch to sync and cannot go any further. 

I cannot see my clock face let alone change it. 

Please help!
