My versa 4 is stuck on the dim setting, even after i change it to normal or max it glitches back to dim, which is far too dim for outside. Can this be fixed? Its a brand new watch

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @AimeeGrace!

Please swipe down to access Versa 4's quick settings to see if sleep mode is enabled. It's the middle symbol in the upper row. If so, disable that by tapping on it.

If that's not the case, please try restarting your device by keeping it's side button pressed for around 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

Thanks for your fast feedback, @AimeeGrace!

Sad to see that you really seem to have an issue with your new Versa 4. Please try the following:

1.) Sync your device with the Fitbit app to not loose any data it has tracked so far.

2.) Delete your device from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.

3.) Delete your device from within your Fitbit app.

4.) Perform a factory reset on your device by first swiping down to get to Quick Settings, then tap on Settings in the upper right corner, then swipe to get to About Versa 4, then to Factory Reset. Tap on that.

5.) Set up your device from scratch.

If all that won't fix your issue, please contact Fitbit support to get further assistance:

As you've mentioned that your Versa 4 is brand new and you're not satisfied with it, why not return it to get a new one, @AimeeGrace?

All those devices are mass produced, otherwise they would have to cost multiple the price, @AimeeGrace.
Over the years I've had a few issues with Fitbit devices as well that thankfully where covered by Fitbit's support.
And I've tried several alternatives by numerous manufactures. But I've always returned to Fitbit because for me the overall experience was the best.

However, I really wish you luck and fun with whatever your next wearable will be the one to go with. Because in the end it's your personal contentment that counts.
