Versa 4 calls are almost inaudible

I have a Versa 4 paired to the Android Device. When the calls are taken on the watch, the audio is quite tinny and neigh inaudible. Is this what the speaker on the watch is capable of? Does Fitbit have any plans on fine-tuning the audio experience?

Hi @Renjaja  - Fitbit tried to slim down the Versa 3 and in so doing may have a slightly smaller speaker in the versa 4, which is tiny to start with so don't expect miracles.

There should be an option to increase the volume which might help.

Sadly, even with the volume set at its maximum level, cars are still almost inaudible. I don't understand the point of adding a feature if you can't utilize it.
