My new Versa 4 syncs with my phone/the Fitbit App just fine, but is ALWAYS disconnecting from the “Versa 4 Calls” selection after about 2 minutes. I’ve restarted and reconnected everything, even factory resetting my Versa. Everything on my phone is completely updated, iOS, Fitbit App, and the Versa is obviously up to date too. I called Fitbit customer service and they just had me to the same things again and promised that it would work within ten minutes. It still drops the connection within a couple minutes. I’m out of ideas…could this be a hardware issue with the Fitbit?

Hi @Laurabeth019 - just to be clear, the Versa 4 calls is only used during a call. What is important is the Versa 4 Bluetooth entry which passes the message to the watch and if the call is picked up then Versa 4 Calls should reconnect automatically at that point. The rest of the time it will not be connected. So it seems it is working normally, and if there are problems it is with normal syncing.

@Laurabeth019- that confirms the issue may be with syncing but first pull down on the watch face and make sure all icons are off.
If they are, then this may help.Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
