Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. Please make sure that your iPhone is running iOS 15 or higher to meet Fitbit's current System requirements. Also I'd suggest checking if there's an update available for your Fitbit app.
You might also want to try turning Bluetooth on your iPhone off, followed by restarting your iPhone and turning Bluetooth on again to see if this will fix your issue.
