I just freaking got this watch and did research but I guess not enough, so see this problem that I am having has persisted for years with no fix, why did I buy this watch…
the versa 4 calls connects to Bluetooth on my iPhone once and then it will not pair up again.
Everything is up to date.
Everything is allowed in set up and settings. Everything shows to pair correctly initially first time. But once I leave my iphone Bluetooth settings, versa 4 calls disconnects and refuses to pair back.
I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions from every other forum I have read.
I have removed the apps.
i have force closed apps.
i have unpaired the device and paired back.
i have turned off the versa 4 and phone.
I have toggled all settings on and off.
I have made sure everything is allowed and up to date.
Nothing is working.

I have the same problem. Just got it for my mom and it appeared in Bluetooth, connected, then disappeared. Tried everything you did as well with no luck. I still wonder why I just didn’t get her Iwatch

Hi @Shellybean13 @Ritoush - Versa 4 calls only connects automatically when it's needed once it has been setup and is only used for calls, the rest of the time the Versa 4 Bluetooth entry is used for communications.
There are several conditions that cause the watch to stop syncing, some of the new V4 Fitbit versions are not as robust as the previous release or the Fitbit App has not been fully setup on the phone correctly, it needs to run in background for syncing to work.
If the phone is out of range or has lost connection then calls can't work, not notifications.
See Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
