I set my Versa 4 to track my strength training workout this morning and after a 20 minute workout it logged a 1197 calorie burn. I was not vigorously working out by any means. My cardio warm up was logged much more reasonably.
Is this some sort of bug?

Welcome to the community, @Elleraedee, it's always nice to see a new face posting.
Thanks for letting we know about this situation in regards to the calories burned during your strength training training using your Versa 4.
Fitbit devices combine your basal metabolic rate (BMR)—the rate at which you burn calories at rest to maintain vital body functions (including breathing, blood circulation, and heartbeat)—and your activity data to estimate your calories burned. I recommend you to double check how you wear your device since this can impact the calories burned, also a restart for your Versa 4 before your next training can help the device to be all set, I've checked in the system and everything looks cool.
Let me know how it goes in your next training after you completed these steps.
