Versa 4 can not add it as a new devices

my Versa 4 disconnected some how and try to connect it from the beginning fowling the right steps. Bluetooth is on, Versa 4 is connected, phone synced and when I click to add new device on the next sheet says "Versa 4 found" now check your device for the 4-digit pairing code.

Also in a square sign says: Lost Bluetooth Pairing  Go to Bluetooth settings, forget Versa 4 if it is paired and then go back to app and retry  having two choices Abort / Retry, in the meantime the phone try connecting....Please mail me

Hi @Ioanni - try the following,

  • Remove the Bluetooth entries for the watch from the phone's Bluetooth.
  • Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.
  • Make sure there are no other Fitbit App devices running, or watches, then restart both the watch and phone.
  • In the Fitbit App go to the Device / Account page and Add more devices, select your device and replace.
  • If this doesn't succeed repeat the process but remove your device first before adding it.
