I have an account already I tried to charge and it charged then took me back to the beginning which is language options page.how do I reset or move passed this page to get back to my normal front page?thank you

Let me help you with the message you are getting after recharging your Versa 4.
The message you see is the first message you receive before your device is paired to your account. Does the message say "download the fitbit app on your mobile" ?
If your device is already paired to your account, a restart may resolve the issue. To restart your device, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Thanks do much for your help.when i press for 10 seconds the logo flashes on off then a big red cross appears and then I get the choose a language page.i can't move past it .

Hi @Julidick, thank you for your response.
The red cross indicates a issue with either an incomplete update or routine error.
Are you able to sync via the Fitbit app of your mobile? To do so, go to the Today tab, tap the devices icon (top right) > Versa 4 > Sync Now.
If Sync now doesn’t show an update banner, tap the devices icon > Versa 4 > Gallery. The app should show a pop up to install the missing apps and recover the device.
Then restart your device is described in previous posts. I appreciate your time in this process.

Thanks for your detailed help David .I value your support for me.
I am an aged senior so I decided to go to an IT shop and pay someone to fix it, took 10 minutes and all working now. He installed an update and it works fine. Expensive but worth it to have it back, I use it all day long.Great support though.Thank you
