Versa 4 can’t receive texts

I have the iPhone 12. Just got the Versa 4 and got it setup but it won’t receive texts. I’ve checked all the settings. I need some help please.

Hi @tammhoward - the watch must be syncing with the Fitbit App and configured correctly for notifications to work. Here are a few pointers

• Make sure there are no old phones or other watches active
• Pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all icons (so the watch can receive notifications)
• In the Fitbit App do a manual sync (pull down the phone display) to ensure it is syncing, but be aware it may not stay synced

one thing you can check, is your watch set at Do Not Disturb?

I have the same issues. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting several times. Theresa 2 other Fitbit users in my house and they’ve tried everything too to get it working. Resorted to Fitbit online chat - who talked me through all the troubleshooting I’d already done. Now awaiting an email, hopefully with some answers.
