Versa 4 clock face keeps changing by itself

ANSWERED

I keep losing access to my clockface. I reset and it's fine and then later I look and it's on the steps page or notifications and I can't get back to the clockface without resetting.  I scroll all around but never get back to the clockface.

Hi there, @BobCCFL. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the clock face on your Versa 4 is not working properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the following:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I sync up on a regular basis to update my clock which seems to drop a few minutes after a day or two. I also restart daily in order to get the clock face back. I will try changing the clock face and see if that remains on display.

Dear MarreFitbit
Thank you for your help on this matter. So far, the clockface has remained
as my default screen since changing to a new face. Appreciate your
assistance and Happy New Year.
