Hi, I have an issue the screen, where the previous clock which I've downloaded and deleted seems to appear full time on current clock. Regardless which clock I delete and download, the old particular clock seems to be there all the time. I've tried resetting and also factory reset.
Please help. Thank you

Hi @Rao8441 - did you try pulling down on the watch face and turning off all the icons?
If this doesn't fix it please note the name of the clock because a factory reset requires a new setup and clocks may get loaded by default.
In the Fitbit App, Gallery tile check which clocks are available and which one is active and select a different one and sync and remove any you don't want and sync.
