I have changed from 12 hour to 24hour display. All exercise etc pages show correct time but clock face has frozen on 12 hour time . Any suggestions please . I have gone into time zones etc as  suggested but Fitbit support but clock face  still frozen .

Hi there, @Westoner. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.

In addition to what @Guy_ has shared with you, please note that if your Versa 4 keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face. Hi @Westoner - it's possible the clock face needs to be restarted to pickup the change..

You can try swipe watch face down and click on settings and return to the clock face, or simply hold the button for more than 10 seconds till it vibrates and starts again, if it doesn't respond to the first option.

If that doesn't fix it it may have it's own settings in the Gallery tile of the app.
