Versa 4 clock updated after Jan 1 w/wrong Date/day of the week

After reloading it several time, it came back w/correct date and day of the week. How every it has been reading 3:13 constantly and is reading a heart rate even when not on my wrist??

I wish I had never upgraded to this. I will not be making this mistake again.. My last fitbit
