I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your clock face is stuck to the side of the watch face and very small.
Could you please confirm if you tried to restart your Versa 4 as explained in the following help article ? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the issue continues, please try to change the clock face (I recommend a Fitbit clock face) and see if the new one has the same display issue. Then, try to select the previous clock face and see if the issue is solved. The steps are shown here : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi @Jhalcomb - you may have accidentally initiated a clock face change, by pressing gently on the centre of the watch.
Can you post back if the suggested restart fixed it and if it happens again just pushing the button may exit back to normal, if indeed that was the problem.
