Connected my new versa 4 to Pixel 6a. It seems to connect after entering 4 digit pin. Versa 4 then says "connected!" but screen is frozen/stuck, cannot do anything. Only thing you can do is hold button to restart and stay stuck on "connected!" again. Terrible experience so far.

Those devices aren't meant to be sold to customers. Thus, as I've already mentioned, please do yourself a favor and return it as soon as possible.

Also NOT FOR SALE is marked on the side of the Versa 4, is that the reason?

The device you've gotten is most likely an exhibit item meant for a sales showcase.
I'd suggest returning it as soon as possible to get refunded.

Thank you for response. Firmware on app says .153.15 and impossible to update. Option to update not available on app and since watch is stuck on "connected", can't do anything there either. I factory reset several times. No luck.
