Versa 4 continuously shutting down

Versa 4 battery charged fully but keeps shutting down, have tried to reboot … frustrating

My Fitbit sees responsive but it’s jus giving me a black screen, idk how to fix it, I thought the problem was over with once I restarted it and my watch was updating but no, same thing

In addition, confirm that your device is running the latest version of the Firmware: Update your Fitbit device.
