Versa 4 data is gone

What’s happening with the Fitbit app? Calories for the day, active steps, have seemed to disappeared. I rode my peloton today and recorded over 400 cal, my total calories for the day are just 1000 and I was out shoveling snow. I checked earlier in the day and there was over 1200. Right now should be well over 2000!

I appreciate you letting me know about this situation in regards to the data not showing in the app using your Versa 4.

Can you send me a photo on how the data, from the same day, appears in your app and in the Versa 4, please? Also, I need the model of your cellphone and system version.

Make sure the app is updated.
