Versa 4 defect caused burn to my wrist during normal use

After about a month of normal use I sustained a burn mark to my wrist.  During my research of this issue I discovered that this has been an ongoing issue.  I am seeking either full reimbursement of the price I paid or a replacement to the defective device.  I would appreciate this problem being handled in a timely fashion  Thank you
