Versa 4 didn't track my distance

Hello. My Versa 4 has stopped tracking distance. Please see screen shot. GPS tracked the route, but no distance.

Please note that our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it. Nevertheless, I'd like to share with you that many users have confirmed that they were able to fix this issue by entering the stride length themselves. I think it is worth the try until our team has worked on the solution.
