I just went on an hour hike with my daughter. Her Apple Watch tracked her steps accurately. My Versa 4 tracked me at 240 steps. Obviously that is not accurate. This is not the first time. Why is it doing this?

Hi @Steiger - did you swipe the watch face to the left and see steps there?
If they are reasonable the clock face may have an issue and restarting the watch may fix it but if it comes back change to another clock face.
Sometimes the watch will freeze and it just needs restarting also.
However when you sync successfully with the Fitbit App you should also see correct steps (if the watch hadn't frozen) providing you don't have your phone also connected to your account.
You can check this in the Fitbit App device/account (Connected to) page and if it is connected remove it.
