Versa 4 display blinking couple of times and red x

Hi team,

I have the watch under warranty and issue is coming multiple times and unable to add watch with app and sync.

Please guide.

Thank you so much for reporting this situation. 

I suggest you try to do the following:

  • Sync your Versa 4 in the Fitbit app. From the Today tab, tap the devices icon and then your device and then Sync Now.
  • If Sync Now doesn’t show an update banner, tap the devices icon and then your device and then Gallery. The app should show a pop up to install the missing apps and recover the device.
  • Restart your watch: press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
