Versa 4 does not hold charge and I get a red X on the screen. I did ALL the troubleshooting steps even factory resetting the watch and it still didn’t work. I’ve never gotten the watch wet or damaged. I contacted Fitbit/google and explained to them, but they said if I had done all the troubleshooting steps, there was nothing else to do. The warranty had already expired. The watch only lasted less than 2 years. Previously I had a charge 3 and a charge 4 and they lasted way more than that. Based on everything I’ve read it seems like this is a hardware glitch. I don’t understand why Fitbit can’t do anything to help me, except offer me a discount coupon to buy another one. Very disappointed.

Mine is exactly the same. I got it in September 23 so is it still under warranty as I can't find anything?! It says its fully charged then the next day it's nearly dead!
