Versa 4 does not record run time in seconds on the app

For a ‘fitness tracker’ it’s pretty poor that recording exercise time in seconds was dropped from the app and does not appear to have been rectified despite numerous complaints on forums.

@SunsetRunner Unfortunately, this is a known issue and we don’t know when Fitbit will resolve it. 😕 Hopefully they are working on a fix!

@Heather-S & @SunsetRunner — The seconds are available to look at on the watch itself at the end of a workout. When you tap “End” on the watch face, it says “Way to Go!” - scroll down from there through the summary and the minutes:seconds is listed there. Unfortunately, on the app the seconds are missing. But you can see them on the watch. 😊
