My Versa 4 does not track my route when cycling, walking, or running. Isn't it capable of doing so? If so, how can this issue be resolved?

Hi @Jarule - unless you have selected to use GPS in the exercise options, start the exercise by pressing the button, choosing Exercise, and the one you want and setting the options, including GPS, you won't have it tracked. Even then it can fail to maintain the GPS at times.

Thanks for your feedback. I have GPS activated but my routes are still not tracked. Interesting that I never had this issue with the Ionic I previously owned.

@Jarule This might sound silly, but is your GPS connecting before you start? The built in GPS on my Sense 2 (same OS) wouldn't connect for any exercise when I first got it. I got it to work after a factory reset. Like many users, I was very unhappy with the built in GPS. I have a map that shows me running in the middle of a six lane highway. The Versa 4 got dynamic GPS with the firmware update described in the blue pinned thread at the top of the forum. My GPS connects quickly and I always get a map.
The GPS tracking on my Ionic was superb. Like you, I never had a problem.
