Hi guys,

When I try to set goals into running or others exercises, versa 4 starts immediately the session without let me set anything. Is there anyone who can help me? Thanks in advance

Hello @Martyzamp and welcome to the Community.  It sounds like you are starting your run (or whatever) from the screen tile with the three recent exercises at the top in circles.  Those are Quick Start exercise options.  If you want to set a goal, you must start a different way.  If you are on that tile with the three circles, tap on "All" at the bottom.  This will open the Exercise app.  Now choose Run, for example.  Swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen.  Now set your goal.  There are several other settings available.  Check them out.  Swipe down to get back to the Start screen.  I don't think a goal get saved in the Settings and you need to set it each time.

The other way to get to your Exercise app is to short press the button, then choose Exercise from your app list.

Thank you @LZeeW and what you said is right what I did 😔. When I swipe up on "^" icon, I try to set the goal for the specific run but the running session starts immediately and I don't know what to do! This thing bothers me 😡

Thanks anyway!
