Hallo, my Versa 4 since today noon doesen't get anymore my heartrate, what can I do? All the other metrics are working.

What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? 

It's also possible that the back of your device needs cleaning in the area where the LEDs are located. Please have a look here for more on that:

I'm sorry for the difficulty that you are experiencing with your Versa 2.

Please, in addition to the helpful information provided kindly by @Talahthas, I'd suggest you restart your device following the steps suggested in this article.

Also, I'd recommend taking a look at the instructions listed in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information
