Versa 4 doesn't track heart rate and sleep

I have had my Versa 4 for less than a month. About 2-3 days ago it stopped tracking health metrics, including sleep and heart data. I have tried uninstalling the app and re-pairing the device, with no success to this point.

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 4. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.

If your device doesn't detect heart rate, it will not track sleep. If your watch doesn't detect a heart-rate signal, make sure you're wearing your watch correctly, either by moving it higher or lower on your wrist or by tightening or loosening the band. Versa 4 should be in contact with your skin. After holding your arm still and straight for a short time, you should see your heart rate again.

Before considering other options, I recommend that you try restarting the device

In addition, please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.

Once you device detects heart rate it will start to track sleep.

I'm not wearing it any differently than I have been. A few days ago it was tracking (see above).

Today, nothing.

I have restarted the Versa 4. I have uninstalled the app on my phone. I have tried everything that has been suggested to others on the forum with similar issues. No success.

@GregLinscott Have you tried performing a total factory reset to see if that fixes the issue?
