Hi to everyone,
This is my second Versa 4, already returned the first one to Amazon. Had a Versa 3 that worked perfectly until the LED went dead like many others. Like I mentioned, this is the second one, problem is that email (gmail) notification only work or show up on the watch on an average of 1 out of 3-4, it does show up on the phone every time. I've done just about everything from resetting watch to factory, reinstalling FitBit app, turning Bluetooth off and on but still same problem. Anyone experience the same problem and has a solution.

Just an update, email are received instantly on the phone but might take 5-10 minutes to show up on the watch ... if they do show up.

Hi @AndyVersa4 - is it possible the watch is not syncing well with the app for some reason. The app and associated services need to be running in background on the phone, not just when the app is open. A lot depends on the phone type and setup.

Well, I abandon. Tried with a another phone, still the same issue, seems that the first email comes in but any further email might or not come in., mostly not. I have the fitbit an gmail app running so that is not the issue. Was reading reviews on the web (should have done that before buying) and this versa 4 is plagued with issues, not tracing activity correctly, GPS issue etc. One mentioned that the Versa 4 is a downgrade form the Versa 3 !!!! Too bad, it is a nice watch, clear screen and very light.
