Versa 4 screen detached

This is the 2nd Versa i had where the face plate/screen just fell off.  I weren't doing anything.  My warranty ended  Nov 2024, so that mean i have only had the Fitbit versa 4 for 1yr and 1/2.  They cost to much to tear up so fast.  I like the brand but not enough to throw my money away on another one.

Hi there, @Tmac48. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa 4. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

Please note that our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy  is set into providing as much coverage as we can. For more information about our warranty, see fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty

As you stated, I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they've already assisted you. Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Fitbit devices and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.

Thanks in advance!
