Versa 4 failing

My watch vibrated whilst I was asleep, and I woke looking at a red cross. In the morning it showed it had factory reset at about 40% power. I put it on charge but it won't switch on at all now. I've had it for 20 months.  Annoying as it's only about 2 months into the 12 month contract.

Thank you for taking the time to share the experience with Versa 4. Sorry to know the difficulty.

If you manage to turn it on please try to sync the device with the Fitbit app by following these steps:

  • Sync in the Fitbit app by tapping the upper left corner > Device > Sync now. It that doesn't work:
  • Tap the upper left corner > Device > Tile to see if the firmware banner appears. If the banner doesn't show:
  • Press and hold the side button for 10 seconds until the logo appears on the screen, then release the button.

My watch is broken, it factory reset itself, and it won't switch on despite the battery being at 100%.  I tried to use the Contact Us form which sent me to a help page which was useless.  On returning to the Contact Us page, my original message had disappeared.

I am only 6 weeks into this year's contract yet it seems impossible to speak to a human being about this.

Any ideas how I can resolve this? The watch has only been in use for 19 months.

@Sixfoottwo  you'll need to keep trying to get with customer support. I do have a working phone number USA: call (877) 623-4997
