My watch vibrated whilst I was asleep, and I woke looking at a red cross. In the morning it showed it had factory reset at about 40% power. I put it on charge but it won't switch on at all now. I've had it for 20 months. Annoying as it's only about 2 months into the 12 month contract.

If you manage to turn it on please try to sync the device with the Fitbit app by following these steps:

My watch is broken, it factory reset itself, and it won't switch on despite the battery being at 100%. I tried to use the Contact Us form which sent me to a help page which was useless. On returning to the Contact Us page, my original message had disappeared.
I am only 6 weeks into this year's contract yet it seems impossible to speak to a human being about this.
Any ideas how I can resolve this? The watch has only been in use for 19 months.
