I called support to report an issue with sync updates for the past 2 months ( Versa is a year old )
They had me troubleshoot for 1 hour and now the watch itself has an error and wont even go to the main screen.
They left me on hold 15 mins , waiting for a supervisor ..
Now , Im reading past comments on here and a tech actually told a costumer to "keep calling support until you get what you need "
They broke it and now wont replace. I am calling back 5 times a day if needed until they send me a new one
