Hi @TGCcolorado - have you tried logout of the Fitbit App and swiping it off, then restarting the phone?

Just in case there is an additional problem see No internet connection one of those options may be causing an issue.

Also try restarting the watch for good measure How do I restart my Fitbit device?

thanks for your response.  no go 

i removed app, restarted phone, restarted Versa 4

still no joy.  When i go to "clocks" tab all i get is the spinning wheel.
