Versa 4 goes into sleep mode after every 1 minute

Any suggestion how can i log complaint or any calling number from India..given chat options and given number is not working

Hi @SunsetRunner - sync the watch then try the following.

  • pull down the watch face and turn off all icons
  • click settings
  • click display and set timeout to 6s, swipe the face to the right
  • scroll to the bottom, do Shutdown, wait at least 10 seconds before placing on charge to restart it and charge it

Every time you look at the watch it will display.

If you want the display on all the time when you pull down the watch face, enable always on icon, but note this will use more battery and require more frequent charging.
