More than 2 month and i contact with Customer service and nothing i do every thing,, but the issuses still not solve 3 updates the last one is 3.82 and no new,, whoel of ppl have the same issuse,, in the first the issuse was something went wrong and after 2 updated was the bank not support the card and am sure is supported its in the list,, its amazing products but need more delevlop,, anybody can give me strong advice or share me if have the same experience

Sad to hear that you're having issues with adding your banking card to Google Wallet. Although you've mentioned that your bank is listed to be usable for Google Wallet, please have a look in this what I believe to be the most current list:
Banks Supporting Google Wallet
If it is listed there, I'd suggest contacting your bank's customer service as there might be issues on your bank's side as well.
