How do i get the gray line off , on top of the screen anyone else has that trouble its really bugging me.

Hi there, @Amypel0052. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 has developed a gray line on the screen, I understand how annoying this can be. I'll be glad to help you!

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
