Versa 4 has not worked right since day one

This tracker has been nothing but a hassle has not worked right since day one. Doesn’t sync, track exercise, randomly time wrong.  Very poor product

I'm sorry to know the difficulties that you are experiencing with Versa 4. Thank you for sharing the details with me. 

If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users: 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again

In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device as suggested in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

My new versa4 act sometimes exact but to many times as a fool. With wrong results ! ! Synchro sometimes works …I have to force it. The software counts  steps when i bike… It is a disaster. My first Fitbit Versa was much much better! Fitbitapp copies false results from the Apple-app for Health. It’s a shame !!!
