Versa 4 has started losing power and requiring restart several times a day! Only 1 month old.

I read the articles regarding the Red X and how to restart, but it has happened several times in the last few days. Seems to lose charge, as it used to drop to 92% or so every day and now when it goes dead and I need to restart the charge is 60% or less after a few hours.  Restart seems to work, but having to perform it multiple times a day (and recharging too) is not ideal.
