Really starting to regret buying this watch now.
Not only have I had to replace my first watch (only 19 days after purchase) because it wouldn't charge and the battery was faulty on the diagnostic report. Now my new versa 4 has all the same issues.
Not tracking sleep and the heart rate never seems to change. Only changes when I remove the watch and put it back on. The it's only for a short while.
FITBIT, sort it out and don't tell me all the troubleshooting crap I need to do because I've already done it. Over and over!!!!!!
