Multiple times a week while taking my daily walks my heartbeat reading freezes. All other functions continue working. The only way I can get the heartbeat working again is to shut down my Versa 4 and then restart it. How can I get the heartbeat feature to be more reliable?

Hi there, @JEB4. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that this issue is still happening. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since the restart hasn't corrected the issue, I'd recommend trying to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I have the same issue. Why should I have to change a Fitbit clock face to another face and the change it back to see my heart rate? Either fix the click face that repeatedly fails or remove it from the options. I need my Fitbit so I can monitor my heart rate. Right now it is failing that need several times a week.
Between this problem, losing the Bluetooth link several times a wee and being unable to connect to our new Aria Air, this will be my last Fitbit product after almost 12 years of using a Fitbit.
