Versa 4 heart rate frozen + Step count off

 Issues since it was purchased

  • heart rate frozen, while wearing or disconnected
  • step count sometimes track sometimes doesn't
  • Period tracker does not allow deleting stats

Anyone can help? Should I just return it?

Hi @Moneyka - if you have restarted it by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start and it hasn't helped with viewing the information on the watch (swipe the face left and click on steps to check if it is working) get a refund.

In the case you are only not seeing the information in the Fitbit App but the watch is working see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? though the restart may already help.
