@Jknickers Everyone who set their clocks back had this issue. Everything is fine for me today.

I have the same issue. Heartrate graph calculates fine for today and for Saturday, but still will not calculate for November 2, the day daylight savings ended. I have rebooted my phone & the app, but it still won’t calculate. Any suggestions?

Welcome back to the Fitbit Community, @Jknickers and @StillExercising, I appreciate your comment @LZeeW, welcome you too!
@Jknickers and @StillExercising thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the heart rate graph using your Versa 4, this may have happen because of the daylight saving, I'l do my best to help you and @StillExercising I appreciate the steps you followed to get this improved.
I recommend you to check if your phones are in a 24 hour format in your settings, make sure you're wearing the Versa 4 correctly, restart the Versa 4 and check if there's any pending update.

@StillExercising The data for November 2 is corrupted. There is nothing you can do to make it appear. It doesn't matter if you use a 12 or 24 hour clock.

Yep, you're right, 12- or 24-hour clock doesn't matter; looks like those data are gone.
