Versa 4 heart rate is inaccurate when on activity, support doesn't care. I have been using Fitbit for a long and despite not very very accurate, it was fine, now a days is completely wrong and induces wrong training, which is unacceptable.
At rest it works fine, any activity will measure 20 to 30 bpm above reality, which was not the case around 3 months ago.
Since support doesn't care, how can have Fitbit look into the problem and address the issues?
