Versa 4 watch is stuck on 105 bpm for my heart rate and doesn't change. My resting heart rate on my phone shows 67.

Hi there, @angelananty. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the heart rate data on your Versa 4.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 4. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

Also, make sure that your Versa 4 is properly syncing with your Fitbit app so the data can match.
