Funny how my Versa 2 was perfect for all my heart rate tracking on all my activities. Then it died.
I just bought the Versa 4 and the heart rate is completely off. Unless I am dead doing the exact same activities, the heart rate is non-existent.
As you can clearly see on the screenshots taken a few weeks apart, the new Versa 4 on the exact same activity the heart rate is completely off. Pretty much doing a desk job compared to the actual activity where I am sweating.
I really hope this was just the watch so I returned it and got an exchange.
NOPE!
It's def the watch. I am super disappointed.
My relationship with Fitbit is over unless there is a fix for this.

Wow Fitbit Moderator.
It's like you think we're stupid.
How does a perfectly working versa 2 heart rate go wrong when I get a versa 4???
Oh. I put it on wrong.
Why didn't I think of that.
Did you know I replaced the versa 4 within a few days.
Hoping that maybe it was the watch.
No.
Those screenshots are for the exact same activity.
Just different watches.
And you're telling me that maybe I put it on wrong???
What kind of games are you guys playing here????
