Versa 4 heart rate not tracking

My heart rate is not tracking.  It doesn’t show up on the time screen and when I checked the message was no heart rate for the last two hours.  I just synced it today and the heart rate has never tracked.

Hi @MJP7 - have you tried to hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This may resolve it.

It may also be a syncing or clock face issue, so try changing to another clock face and ensure the watch is syncing which it should do after the restart.
