My Versa 4 heart rate monitor light stays on even when I take it off and place it away from heat or anything that might trigger the sensor. This drains the battery quickly and I can't seem to find a way to fix this problem. I have tried shutting down the watch, cleaning the sensor area, and searching through settings.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4. I'd suggest to restart your device. To do so, please press the side button and keep it pressed for around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo is displayed on it's display.

If that won't work for you, I recommend contacting Fitbit support for further assistance:
