Versa 4 - hourly 250 steps counted watch does but not on the app

Can get my hourly 250 steps counted watch does but not on the ab n my step count isn’t counting 7 days back n forth with Fitbit not able to help only 6 month old

Hi @66Diane - it would seem your watch is not syncing properly.

The watch itself will show you today's data, the history is found in the Fitbit App on your phone.

Try also 

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
