My watch and app our not syncing at all on the hourly activity. I walk the 250 steps per hour and sometimes my phone will count and the watch will not and visa versa. I have had constant issues and Fitbit never can solve any issues. Super frustrating. Yes I have done all the necessary tips but none help or fix it.]]

I'm sorry to hear that your hourly activity is not matching between your Versa 4 and the Fitbit app. I understand your concern and why you're feeling frustrated, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that if the active hours on your Versa 4 don't match with the app it's possible that your device hasn't synced or completed syncing. It will eventually catch up after a few syncs, sometimes the summary in the app doesn't even match the underlying data for a while too. Also, I suggest making sure that your Fitbit app and Versa 4 are up-to-date.
On a side note, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.
